Helter Skelter

The summer is over, and autumn is most definitely now installed—heavy rain all day, but this evening after work, it settled. I drove to Herne Bay for my evening blip and walked out onto the remnant of the pier. Looking to the west, this dramatic cloudscape presented itself. A large helter-skelter, locked up and dormant, dominated the foreground in this image, working brilliantly with the incredible sky.
